I've been working in Information Technology for twenty years. For the last eight years, I have specialized in Linux Clusters, Grid Computing, High Performance Computing and all things UNIX. When my head isn't in the clouds, I'm either cooking gourmet food, gardening, reading, or sleeping.
Fujitsu has just announced that it is using a grid between and among its' facilities in Japan and the US to enable more efficient mutual use of computing resources. They've developed their own middleware called CyberGRIP. Read more about it here and here.
